This section of the site shows any current jobs at CapeUK and opportunities to work with us.When we have vacancies or new posts, we are keen to recruit people who are motivated, flexible and creative, who enjoy working both as part of team and independently, and who are able to manage their time effectively. We are currently reviewing our procedures to ensure that we meet the Investors in People standard and there is great scope for all CapeUK staff to have creative ideas and realise them.
Partnership and collaborative working are at the centre of CapeUK's work. We believe that the variety of views and the range of expertise in partnership working help create solutions and ideas that are much more than the sum of the parts.
On bigger projects, we often invite tenders for specific parts of the work, particularly external evaluation. We also develop ideas and bids with partners to seek funding and are very open to approaches from other organisations and individuals who feel that CapeUK would be a good partner for them.
