A co-mentoring training programme for educational and creative professionals, facilitated by CapeUK and funded by Creativity, Culture and Education (CCE) People from the educational sector will be matched with partners who work in the area of creativity, culture and the arts.
The training will take place over a few months which includes two days of group training/reflection and a number of peer-to-peer sessions. Participants will:
• take part in an inspirational training programme
• think about their perspective on life and work
• have the chance to further personal development
• connect and reflect with peers
• be encouraged to present learning and thinking to a wider audience
Jon Palmer will be facilitating the training. Throughout a career that spans some 25 years in theatre and education he has built up a truly impressive creative portfolio. He has extensive experience of delivering seminars and master classes at conferences and training events in the UK and abroad. He prides himself in building empathy with the organisations and people he works with; identifying their specific needs and finding appropriate solutions that are creative, challenging, surprising and above all supportive.
