CapeUK’s expertise in creativity and learning has been built up over the last 12 years through research, project management and consultancy in both formal and informal education settings.   In our consultancy we aim to bring about sustainable change in schools and other organisations that work with young people, influencing leadership, curriculum design and pedagogy to create a new ‘business as usual’. We characterise our approach as ‘layered research’ which achieves lasting change by working with different people at different levels over sufficient time.
