This is completely new area of income generation for us and you’ll have a great opportunity to really make your mark. We want to make sure that we can support as many disadvantaged young people as possible to tap into their creative potential to be successful in life. 

You’ll be responsible for both leading and delivering on our development strategy and achieve KPIs for corporate sponsorship, major donors and other individual giving.  You’ll be working with the business development team for a joined up approach to fundraising as well as increasing the external profile of CapeUK through networking opportunities.

This role will suit someone who is confident, ambitious, friendly and happy to work both in a small team or independently with the capacity to drive results.   You should have a proven track record in corporate sponsorship or donations from the private sector or transferable skills from a sales background.   You’ll also have experience of submitting large scale bids in either the public, private or third sector.

Sales & Marketing Manager

Our new programmes of work need us to engage with new audiences such as the private sector, funders, new partners etc whilst improving engagement with our existing stakeholders.  You’ll be working across the organisation so that we have a cohesive approach to marketing across all our work.  You’ll have a great opportunity to make your mark as we launch our new brand and website.

This role will suit someone who is confident, ambitious, friendly and happy to work across a small team with differing needs to maximise awareness of all our programmes.  You should have experience of delivering successful targeted marketing campaigns across a range of channels.  You should also have experience of developing sales pipelines and co-ordinate these across an organisation.

Regional Cultural Education Manager (North & East Yorkshire)

We’re looking for a dynamic and creative individual who can play a key strategic role in working with partners from local authorities, arts organisations and schools in the sub-region.  This is an amazing opportunity to work with a variety of key individuals and organisations to make a significant difference in opening up arts and cultural opportunities for young people.

We are working as a sector support organisation on behalf of Arts Council England. This role is the ‘Bridge’ between the arts and education sector.  We broker relationships  across the region to create Local Cultural Education Partnerships that will become self-sustaining, formalised groups by the year 2022.  You will be responsible for co-creating an exciting programme of work, based on the needs of your area and making sure all the KPIs are delivered.  You’ll be shaping partners into a creative learning community, sharing best practice and developing ideas and initiatives together.  You’ll also be responsible for the strategy for Arts Award across the organisation and will be liaising with Arts Council and the internal cultural education team.

We’re looking for someone who is highly relational with experience of managing partnerships with a variety of people and organisations.  You should be able to articulate a broad vision and be creative in how to practically realise it.   More than anything you should be passionate about the transformational power of the arts and be able to advocate for this both in person and through digital channels.

Project Support Officer

We’re looking for a customer facing, creative individual who can play a key support role, working alongside our Regional Cultural Education Manager, to ensure that KPIs in their area are met.  This is an amazing chance to make a significant difference in opening up arts and cultural opportunities for young people.  This is a perfect opportunity if you’re looking for career progression in arts and culture.

No two days will look the same.  You’ll be managing the day to day co-ordination of stakeholders, delivering training and briefings, providing advice to arts organisations and schools, reporting and building up our social media presence.

We’re looking for someone who has great customer service skills who understands collaborative working and the transformational power of the arts.  Ideally you’ll have some experience of project management though this isn’t essential.  You should have strong communication skills to deliver training and briefings, engaging our audiences to take up our various offers. More than anything we’re looking for someone who is proactive and enthusiastic.
