IIP Gold Award
CapeUK has achieved Investors in People (IIP) Gold Award in recognition of its commitment to staff learning and development and management effectiveness. We were praised by IIP for the amount of personal development taking place within the organisation, primarily through coaching. We are obviously delighted with this excellent IIP award which reflects the commitment the organisation has to an inclusive people management approach and to involving staff in the push for continuous improvement.
